Talel Bessa is the CEO of Hydra, guiding the firm's international investment strategy. Prior to joining Hydra, Talel held various senior roles at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, Credit Suisse and Edmond de Rothschild. Talel holds an MSc in Finance from the International University of Monaco.

Jeremy Calabuig is the COO of Hydra, overseeing the firm's operational strategy and supporting the execution of its international investment activities. Prior to joining Hydra, Jeremy held private banking roles at UBS, HSBC Private Bank and Bank J. Safra Sarasin. Jeremy holds a graduate degree from Central Michigan University.

Prior to joining Hydra, Stefan was a senior official in a multinational family office where he managed global structuring and high-value projects. As Head of Finance at Hydra, Stefan brings 25 years of experience that combines strategic vision with operational excellence to drive sustainable growth.

Geoffroy advises Hydra on regulatory compliance, M&A and corporate law. With his 20+ years of experience at firms such as Cuatrecasas, Winston & Strawn and Lenz & Staehelin, Geoffroy has acted as senior counsel to family offices across Europe. Geoffroy Holds an LL.M. from Cornell Law School and a master's degree in business law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Complutense University of Madrid.

Ismahane Bellagha is General Manager at Hydra, also overseeing HR strategy, corporate social management and providing cross-disciplinary administrative support. Prior to joining Hydra, Ismahane was the head of payroll at Grant Thornton Monaco and founder of an international business support consultancy.

Prior to joining Hydra, Philippe headed the real estate division at Luxembourg Capital and founded and led a successful property development group. Philippe holds a degree in Business Administration from the International University of Monaco.

Gregory is a partner in the investment management, private equity and real estate practices of Arendt & Medernach. Prior to joining Hydra, Gregory served as head of Arendt's Paris office. Since 2023, Gregory has also been responsible for coordinating the firm's development within the Italian market.
